The Prova service

  • A human service, assisted by AI. A team reads your excerpt, structures the answers, and flags the points that need validation. There is no self-service product to configure.

  • No. Prova prepares a structured first draft. Your team keeps final validation and remains the official sender to your customer.

  • Your team. Depending on the topic, the CISO, the DPO, the legal team, or management validates their own scope. Prova prepares; your teams decide.

  • The pre-audit is free and qualifies the need on an excerpt. The Express audit (99 €) gives a fast diagnosis of a complete dossier or questionnaire. The Full dossier (750 €) produces the structured version, ready to validate.

Free pre-audit

  • A representative excerpt of 5 to 10 questions. No sensitive documents are needed at this stage: just the questions you have to answer.

  • Because it is limited to a short excerpt. It lets us understand your dossier, identify the themes, and tell you the recommended next step before any commitment.

  • You receive a structured first read and an explicit recommendation: Express audit, Full dossier, Always Ready, or nothing if the timing is wrong.

  • 48 business hours after we receive the excerpt. If the request lands on a Friday evening, expect the following Monday.

Confidentiality

  • No, not for the pre-audit. For a Full dossier, an NDA can be signed before any sensitive material is shared.

  • No. Prova does not replace a lawyer, a DPO, or a CISO. Sensitive points are flagged for internal validation by the right people.

  • Your documents are deleted automatically 90 days after the dossier is delivered, or at any time on written request. The Always Ready plan keeps your answer library; that is its purpose. No secondary use, no model training, no resale.

Formats and scope

  • Excel, PDF, internal documents, past questionnaires, portal exports, or links to document repositories.

  • Yes. Questionnaires in French and in English are accepted.

  • Tech SMBs, IT services companies, cybersecurity consultancies, data, cloud, and devops teams, and B2B SaaS vendors. The scope covers all vendor questionnaires from enterprise customers.

  • No. Prova prepares the structured content. The final entry into your customer's portal stays with your team, to preserve traceability.

  • 72 business hours for a Full dossier, counted from the moment we receive your questionnaire and the required materials. Everything happens in writing: you send, we prepare, you validate. No meetings to schedule.
